Guest Guidance

The Basic Base of the 889 T2™ is ADA-friendly and allows for wheelchairs, strollers, and luggage to easily roll over the base while also creating a less obstructive environment. The top stanchion belt is 38” high and is designed to prevent queue jumpers from going over or under the belt, especially children, when the second/lower belt is extended. The retractable webbings allow you to easily change your queue as foot traffic volume changes without moving the stanchion posts to a different location.

The retractable belts on the 889 T2™ are made of military-grade fabric that is 0.89mm thick and 2” wide, making it one of the thickest and most durable webbings on the market. A thicker webbing prevents sagging when stretching the webbing across a longer area. All Tensabarrier® cassettes also come with our standard four-point anti-tamper webbing connectivity, which prevents accidental release of the webbings from the cassette. This ensures you won’t pull too far and detach the ribbons from the housing.
